These workshops are NOT Art Classes.
You need no prior art or drawing knowledge.
If you can draw a circle, a line,
and follow simple guided instruction,
your picture will create itself.
No two pictures will be the same.
Lotus Petals Workshops uses
the Neurographica® method.

This form of self-discovery can be used to help with life issues i.e. relieve stress, anxieties, relationships, career decisions, addiction healing, grief and loss, pain management, and much more.
*Can be used corporately for brainstorming sessions, workplace stress management, business development strategies, employee relationship building.
Lotus Petals Workshops primarily works in group settings, where all participants work on the same issue or challenge. Each workshop can cover different topics.
One-on-one sessions are available on an art therapy/aesthetic coaching basis, here you deal with your own private area in which you want to see growth and transformation.

Neurodoodles in the park

NeuroDoodles in the park is a social, friendly, free event, suitable for anyone. No art experience needed. 1st visit doodle material is supplied. Will run fortnightly from 14th Jan, at 9.30am.
Come meet new people, learn some easy-to-follow doodle ways
to reduce stress, relax, and have fun.
Bring a chair or blanket to sit on, coffee or water, and a smile!
Look for the purple balloon, in the shade of the trees, behind the Tank.
More About the Method
The NeuroGraphica® method is a creative process that combines art and psychology to help individuals access their subconscious thoughts and emotions through drawing. It's designed to promote self-discovery, stress reduction, and personal growth. Neurographica® allows you to relieve stress within minutes, and when you relax, it will enable energy to flow freely through you, and situations resolve themselves involuntarily as it allows new neuro pathways to form which creates change.
